Hard rail machining center series

● The structure adopts modular, solid closed box structure design, after limited element analysis, overall planning and design, good rigidity, strong heavy cutting ability. ● All major castings are made of high-grade Mihana cast iron, which are completely annealed to eliminate residual internal stress and improve the overall stability of the castings. The deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting force are effectively suppressed. ● The X, Y and Z triaxial lanes are designed with square rail and full support. They can move at any position within the effective stroke and are still fully supported by the slide rail. There is no hanging phenomenon and smooth movement to ensure the accuracy of the slide, the stability of cutting and the mechanical life. ● Ensure that the guide rail is installed to ensure that the counterweight will not shake when the Z axis moves quickly to ensure accuracy.
