Pre-sales services:

According to the customer demand for tailor-made reports, help customers with product selection, process plan analysis, sample test cutting, function increase or decrease and other services.

After-sales service:

(1) Installation and commissioning: The supplier is responsible for the free installation and commissioning of equipment on the demander's site, and provides free on-site training for operation and maintenance personnel. Among them, theoretical training shall not be less than 1 working day and practical training shall not be less than 2 working days.

(2) Technical support: The supplier provides effective technical support, which can optimize the processing procedures and adjust the machine tool parameters according to the characteristics of the products processed by the demand side. Provide support for the design and application of fixtures and jigs used in the processing of products by the demander.

(3) Warranty period: After the machine tool is accepted, the machine tool will provide a 12-month free warranty, and parts and services will be provided free of charge during the warranty period, and the service will be timely and effective.

(4) Service time commitment: within 24 hours after receiving the machine tool failure repair report, the after-sales service personnel will arrive at the site to deal with it.

(5) Technical support after the expiration of the warranty period: The supplier will provide free soft technical consulting services within 5 years after the expiration of the warranty period. If the mechanical part or system part of the machine tool fails, the supplier will provide free soft technical consulting services.

(6) Supply of spare parts after the expiration of the warranty period: After the expiration of the warranty period, the supplier can provide the buyer with comprehensive and preferential vulnerable repair parts for a long time. And the maintenance parts shall be provided to the demand side at the purchase cost price of the supplier.
