Mechanical Maintenance

 

1. Air pressure system

(1) The air pressure system includes a triple combination, solenoid valve, throttle valve, silencer, cylinder, etc. This device mainly provides air to the knife cylinder above the spindle, the spindle blowing and the pneumatic cylinder of the tool magazine. (Note: The following figure is a triple combination)

 

 

(2) On the left is the air pressure detection gauge. When adjusting the air pressure, please gently pull up the air pressure adjustment knob, and then turn it clockwise. When the pointer exceeds the rotation to the 0. 6 reading position outside the marked air pressure gauge, the air pressure reaches the required air pressure. (Note: The pressure of the adjusting valve is increased clockwise and decreased counterclockwise. After adjusting the air pressure, press the adjusting knob slightly hard. Remember not to adjust the pressure too high or it will cause damage to the components)

(3) On the right is the air pressure detection switch. This detection switch has been adjusted when leaving the factory and does not need to be adjusted. The position pointed by the pointer indicates that an abnormal alarm will be generated when the input pressure is lower than this air pressure. For adjustment, please have a flat-blade screwdriver to rotate the adjustment screw above the housing.

(4) The normal pressure must be maintained at 6-8kg/cm2. If there are too many machines in the user's factory that must use air, it is recommended to install air cylinders and check valves beside the machines. The supplied air pressure should not be lower than 6kgf/cm2, otherwise the machines will stop operating immediately and abnormal signals will be displayed on the screen.

(5) When the air compressor is not drained for a long time, water will enter the machine with the pipeline. When the pressure relief filter device is filled with water, it will be automatically discharged. When the machine stops working, it can also be manually discharged. Drainage will damage the air pressure circulation system. (For manual drainage, water can be drained by twisting the knob at the bottom of the pressure relief filter by hand)

(6) When the air enters the oil mist lubricator, it will take away a little oil. The oil can lubricate all sliding components to increase the life of the components. These lubricants will reach the cylinder, solenoid valve, air pressure lock knife, spindle Positioning, ATC mechanism. The amount of oil in the oil cup should not be too large, lest the air flow rate is too small, and the flow rate of the nozzle is not enough to create a vacuum, so that the lubricating oil cannot be sucked out of the container. (Try to use ISOVG32# anti-pressure and anti-wear hydraulic oil or VG20# spindle oil)

 

2. Solenoid valve

 

 

(1) Directional control valve provides the most basic loop control method, which can make the fluid passage switch or change the flow direction according to the requirements of the action program, and can control the start, stop, movement direction, etc. of the actuator.

(2) The failure is generally dust: it is the main cause of the failure, which is usually brought in by the unclean external intake pipe. Dust and the like are mixed into the induction coil of the solenoid valve, resulting in poor contact, rust or poor operation in the cylinder. Improper lubricating oil: the use of oil, etc., caused by high viscosity lubricating oil.

(3) In case of failure, please check whether the oil in the oil storage cup meets the requirements. At the same time, you must regularly check whether the air compressor of the company drains water and whether the filter element in the air pressure combination pressure relief filter is blocked.

(4) Muffler: It is mounted on the exhaust port to reduce the noise of gas discharge.

 

3. Lubrication system

The three-axis guide rail and ball screw of this machine are supplied by the automatic oiler device. When the automatic oil injector operates, the oil will be sent to the oil distributor (Oildistributor) of each shaft through the oil outlet, and the distributor will evenly send the oil to the guide rail, ball screw and the bearings at both ends of the ball screw for lubrication (the required oil should be ISOVG68# wear-resistant guide oil or the same type of guide oil as far as possible).

(1) The oil injector is combined with a timer, a pump, a liquid level detection device, an oil tank and a lubricating oil. It provides lubricating oil to be distributed to the distributor (Distributor) through a pipeline, and the distributor is evenly distributed. To the mechanical sliding surface and rotating mechanism. Pay attention to whether the oil is applied to the guide rail in use, otherwise the oil pump cannot extract oil, which will cause damage to the oil pump load for a long time.

 

 

(2) When the amount of oil in the oil tank is insufficient, or the pressure cannot be detected, the oil pipe is ruptured, etc., the internal detection device outputs a signal to the NC screen, and an abnormal alarm will appear on the screen (LUBEALARM). At this time, the buzzer on the left side of the oiler will emit a sharp sound, and the LUBE key on the operation panel will light up to notify the operator that an abnormal alarm has occurred.

(3) When the oil injector is damaged, contact the machine manufacturer for replacement, otherwise the machine will be short of oil for a long time, which will cause wear and deformation of the guide rail, ball screw, etc.

(4) Action description of automatic oil injector:

There are two timers on the front of the automatic oil injector device, which can adjust the time of action and the time of oil output. The timer on the right is used to adjust the time of the action, which is measured in minutes. The timer on the left is used to adjust the time to oil, and this scale is calculated in seconds. Before the machine leaves the factory, we have adjusted the right timer to 30 minutes and the left timer to 15 seconds. The output pressure of each oil injection is 1.5kg/cm', these two times are the best, please do not adjust them arbitrarily. (Note: There is a key button for oil supply in front of the oiler. When you press this button, you can force the oiler to act and output oil. If you think there is a problem with the oiler, you can press this button and observe whether there is oil in the transparent oil pipe.)

 

4. Electrical box heat exchanger

After long-term use of the electrical box cooling device, it will produce vibration, noise or oil accumulation and dirt. In order to maintain the cooling efficiency of the electrical box, it is necessary to maintain a fixed flow of cold air. The heat exchanger will send the outside air into the electrical box through the filter screen, so the filter screen must be cleaned regularly every week to avoid blockage and reduce the cooling efficiency. In order to achieve working efficiency, although the heat exchanger, the power only fan, has been reduced to a minimum maintenance work, so it is necessary to give regular maintenance. (Note: The heat exchanger is located on the electrical box door)

 

 

5. Cutting pump/water tank

(1) Check the cutting fluid oil/water volume every week. The water tank should be maintained at about 2/3. The current cutting fluid/oil volume can be seen from the level gauge on the edge of the cutting fluid water tank,

(2) regular cleaning chip flute, such as drilling chips will be relatively long, compared to the small chips generated by milling, long debris need to do more frequent cleaning, cleaning please pay attention to their own safety.

(3) The cutting fluid water tank should be cleaned at regular intervals. The length of the interval depends on the usage of the machine and the processing material. Pollution deposition will occur for a long time. Generally speaking, it should be cleaned for about one month. Second, please dispose of the waste cutting fluid oil according to the specifications. (4) The pump works in high temperature or humid environment for a long time, and the customer environment is affected. This can cause damage to the pump or abnormal conditions. Every week, check whether the pump has abnormal sound, weak water outlet, abnormal alarm overload, etc.

(5) Turn off the power supply, unplug the quick connector between the pump and the electrical box, check whether oil and water enter the pump junction box or the pipeline is damaged, pull out the pump from the water tank to check whether the filter screen is blocked, etc. If so, please clean it in time.
